Areas such as Arrecife, Costa Teguise, and Tahíche were particularly affected, with streets turning into rivers and homes inundated with water. The storm overwhelmed drainage systems, leading to widespread flooding and damage to properties and vehicles .​

Emergency Response and Aftermath

Local authorities declared a state of emergency, and emergency services responded to over 300 calls for assistance. Efforts focused on draining floodwaters, clearing debris, and restoring essential services. The mayor of Arrecife, Yonathan de León, announced plans to request a declaration of a catastrophic zone to access recovery funds for affected residents and businesses .
