Rethink Drink: Changing How We Think About Alcohol
Rethink Drink is here to change the way people look at alcohol dependency. They’re embracing a game-changing approach called The Sinclair Method (TSM).
What is The Sinclair Method?
Unlike traditional methods that push for complete abstinence and rely on sheer willpower, TSM uses a scientific understanding of how our brains respond to alcohol. It involves the medication Naltrexone, which targets the brain’s endorphin reward system. This smart method reduces cravings, allowing people to regain control over their drinking without the daunting task of quitting cold turkey.
With over 35 years of research and a 78% success rate, TSM is about eight times more effective than abstinence-based approaches.

The Story Behind Rethink Drink
The story of Rethink Drink is personal to its co-founder. After years of struggling with alcohol dependency, driven by the powerful endorphin rewards that drinking provided, countless attempts to quit using traditional methods led only to failure, guilt, and self-loathing.
Then came the discovery of The Sinclair Method. TSM offered a scientific, compassionate approach that made sense and actually worked. It wasn’t about fighting instincts or deprivation; it was about using a proven method to change the brain’s response to alcohol. This was life-changing, prompting the co-founder to share it with others.
Motivated by personal experiences and a desire to help others avoid similar struggles, Rethink Drink was born. The team is passionate about raising awareness of TSM and providing a comprehensive support system for those who need it. They believe that with the right tools and support, anyone can regain control over their relationship with alcohol.

Rethink Drink is not just about treating alcohol dependency; it’s about transforming lives and providing hope for a better, healthier future. The team is incredibly proud of their achievements so far and excited about the continued positive impact they can have on people’s lives.
