Lucas Raymond Bingham, operating under the alias ‘Utopia,’ was sentenced to nearly five years in prison for trafficking LSD and cannabis via the dark web. His operation involved sending hundreds of parcels nationwide, highlighting the expansive reach that the dark web affords to illicit enterprises.

Companies like Rackspace have found themselves mentioned in dark web postings by hacker groups like Cl0p, who claim to have uploaded stolen files after ransom demands were ignored.
