A Life Built on Grit, Goals, and Grafts

Before acting came calling, Craig wore many hats. For over 15 years, he was immersed in football—not just as a player, but also as a manager of both adult and youth teams, on 11-a-side and 5-a-side pitches.

He also ran his own small business for 14 years, balancing the hustle of entrepreneurship with community involvement and family life. Unfortunately, like many others, his business was a casualty of the Covid-19 pandemic. A serious injury soon after compounded the loss, forcing Craig to reassess and redirect his focus—which ultimately led him back to the performing arts.

Fighting Spirit, On and Off the Canvas

Never one to back down from a challenge, Craig channelled his energy into fitness and white-collar boxing, spending three years undefeated in the ring. A regular in the gym, he thrives on the discipline and mental clarity it brings—an ethos that’s carried over into his approach to acting.

Family First, Always

Family is at the heart of everything Craig does. He’s a proud father to five sons and a godparent to three more children, embracing his role as a guiding figure in their lives.

Craig himself comes from a massive family, one of 14 siblings, all born to the same parents. Incredibly, his mum and dad went on to become grandparents to 67 grandchildren and are now edging toward double digits in great-grandchildren.
